Rental Policies:
METHOD OF
PAYMENT
Checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
RESERVATION POLICIES
When booking your reservation, your deposit will equal one half your
total cost and the remaining balance will be due TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your
arrival. All weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Two night minimum
required on nightly rentals. June & July are reserved for weekly rentals
only.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Once a reservation has
been
confirmed by payment
and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy Rental on
the Park, we must be notified as soon as possible. We require all
cancellations be in writing for your protection. We will make every
attempt to re-rent the property once we have received notification
of cancellation. If we are unable to re-rent the property, no
refunds will be due.
If the property is re-rented at full
rental rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent
consideration (rent, taxes, pet & cleaning fees) tendered by Guest
will be refunded less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee.
Hurricane
Evacuation - If a Mandatory Evacuation has been issued for Tybee
Island, you will only be charged for the nights the unit was
occupied. NO REFUNDS will be given if you choose to leave for Storm
Warnings or Voluntary Evacuation.
PARKING
Two (2) parking spaces are provided.
PET FRIENDLY
(30 lbs. weight limit) with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee. When
walking your
pet,
guest is responsible for the removal of all pet excrement. By local
ordinance - NO PETS ON THE BEACH.
CAPACITY
6 is the maximum number of guests permitted, including children, unless
you have prior approval. Failure to comply with restrictions will result
in the forfeiture of all rents, eviction and assessment of additional
monies if the rental unit is damaged, or both.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is no earlier than 4:00pm. Check-out is no later than 11:00am.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
To extend past your departure date, please call the 912-596-8990 for
availability and applicable rates.
CLEANING
We ask that you complete the following Check-out procedure.
- Wash
all dishes & put away in cabinets.
- Take
out all trash to outside trash cans.

Strip all beds and place all sheets and towels in basket provided.
(Leave bedspreads on the beds; they are laundered separately)
- Turn
off all lights and turn A/C up to 80 degrees or heat to 60 degrees.

Remove all food and trash from home.

Close and lock all doors and windows.
- If
anything is damaged or not working in the town home, please tell us.

Leave key on kitchen counter.
Cleaning fee of $60.00 required. You will
be charged if extra cleaning is needed or if there are any missing or
damaged items.
MAINTENANCE
Although we cannot guarantee the operation of
all appliances, we make every effort to keep the
equipment and appliances in good working order.
In case of a needed repair or breakdown, notify
us as soon as possible at

Owners, authorized employees or repairmen may
enter the premises during business hours for
purposes connected with repair, care or
maintenance of rental unit. We will do our best
to have any malfunction repaired quickly;
however, No rate adjustments or refunds will be
made for mechanical failures.
